Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email.
If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please check around your delivery area, with household members, neighbors, your front desk, or building management. If it still hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we’ll be happy to help.
