Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your LACAUSA purchase. Please review the eligibility requirements and instructions below before requesting a return.

Domestic Returns

We accept eligible returns from customers within the United States when a return is requested within 15 days after the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, an item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
  • Be returned in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from makeup, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair, and other signs of wear
  • Have been purchased directly from lacausa.com
  • Not be marked Final Sale

Proof of purchase may be required.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at: hello@lacausa.com

Please include your order number, the email address used to place the order, and the item or items you wish to return.

If your return is accepted, we will create the return through Shopify and provide return instructions, including the return address and any available return-label information.

Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

Authorized returns should be sent only according to the instructions provided by our customer-service team.

Domestic Return Shipping

When we provide a prepaid domestic return label, the label must be used only for the authorized return associated with that label.

Unless we inform you otherwise during the return process, eligible domestic returns will receive a prepaid return label at no additional charge.

Original shipping charges and expedited shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

Eligible domestic items may be exchanged, subject to availability.

An exchange is not guaranteed until the replacement item has been processed. If the requested size, color, or item is unavailable, we may issue a refund to the original payment method instead.

Any price difference connected with an exchange may need to be paid or refunded before the exchange is completed.

International Returns

International customers may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery.

Please include your order number, the email address used to place the order, and the item or items you wish to return.

International return shipping is not prepaid. International customers are responsible for purchasing a trackable return label and paying all return shipping, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage, and handling charges associated with the return.

Authorized international returns should be sent according to the instructions provided by our customer-service team.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. LACAUSA LLC is not responsible for international returns that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to an incorrect address.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for a refund or store credit, except where required by applicable law.

The following are also not eligible for return unless required by law:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during a designated final-sale or warehouse-sale event
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse, or damage
  • Items with missing or removed tags
  • Items purchased from another retailer
  • Items returned outside the applicable return period

LACAUSA merchandise purchased from another retailer must be returned to the original retailer and is subject to that retailer’s return policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@lacausa.com as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, when applicable

We will review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.

Please do not discard the item or its packaging until we have completed our review.

Refunds

Please allow 10–15 business days for your return to be inspected and processed after it arrives at our facility.

We will notify you by email when your return has been reviewed.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. We do not refund original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, international shipping fees, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or return-shipping costs unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account after we issue it.

Returns that do not comply with this policy may be denied. An item that is not accepted may be returned to the sender, and the sender may be responsible for the associated shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received a refund confirmation but do not see the refund in your account, first contact your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.

Refund processing times vary by financial institution.

Price Adjustments

We may provide a one-time price adjustment when an eligible item is reduced in price within seven days after the original purchase date.

Price adjustments are not available for:

  • Final Sale merchandise
  • Warehouse Sale merchandise
  • Promotional codes or offers applied after the original purchase
  • Purchases made from another retailer
  • Items no longer available in the originally purchased size and color
  • Temporary or limited promotional offers that state they are not eligible for price adjustments

Cancellations

Contact us at hello@lacausa.com immediately if you need to cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it must be handled under this Return and Refund Policy.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
